Start by making yourself a plan that takes you out of your comfort zone, gets you feeling slightly uncomfortable and push yourself to your limit. Do your plan every day for 21 days. Continue with your plan every day for 21 days even if you do not feel like it. If you miss a day, get back on track the very next day. You will start to feel that your mind (your willpower) will start to obey you and discipline will become easier and easier. The more you practice, the easier it will become.
